Software Engineer (SE / Sr SE), Fullstack (Python/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Design and ship fullstack applications spanning Python services, REST APIs, relational data models, asynchronous jobs, TypeScript interfaces, deployment, testing, observability, and production reliability.
• Build interactive tools for authoring, parameterizing, versioning, and managing test scenarios and shared scenario libraries.
• Develop interfaces for large-scale simulation and drive-log replay, including run tracking, result browsing, release regression comparison, and failure triage.
• Build shared application foundations for authentication, access control, multi-tenancy, and consistent API conventions.
• Work directly with users to turn ambiguous engineering workflows into simple, reliable interfaces.
• Follow Quality Management System requirements and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Production fullstack experience with backend services, REST APIs, relational data modeling, SQL, and modern frontend development such as React and TypeScript.
• Working proficiency in Python for services, libraries, and tooling.
• Strong ownership, learning ability, and experience driving projects end to end.
• Role level may be Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer depending on experience, technical depth, ownership scope, and impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with interactive or visual web tooling, including canvas, WebGL, Electron, maps, or geometry-based editing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience presenting large datasets, time-series, or log data through responsive interfaces.
• Experience with frontend and backend telemetry, user behavior analysis, and data visualization at scale.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, simulation, or scenario-based testing.
