College Intern - Procurement Engineering

What you will do

• Support the Display Procurement team across engineering and business activities for display panels.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, product designs, processes, and production output against hirify.global demand and manufacturing standards.
• Partner with business and R&D teams on business continuity, new product introduction, display panel roadmaps, and global leverage initiatives.
• Resolve supplier-related production issues and support escalations involving parts, suppliers, or clients.
• Drive supplier improvements through failure analysis, corrective actions, quality initiatives, and process changes.
• Support cost reduction, supplier audits, quality metrics, and internal system and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Availability for a 5–6-month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
• Part-time arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, and digital fluency.
• Ability to work with external suppliers and internal product development and manufacturing teams.
