What you will do

• Develop a software program to summarize BJT device DOE structures and DC/AC and SOA test results.
• Analyze BJT device DOE parameters to identify configurations that can achieve the highest Ft, Fmax, and SOA.
• Apply software programming skills and semiconductor device physics knowledge to a real-world technology development project.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field through an accredited degree program during the internship.
• Available for a 20–24 week credit-bearing internship from June 2026 onwards.
• Indicate the internship period clearly in the CV, resume, or cover letter.
