Senior Product Manager, VSCO Economy (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for hirify.global Economy.
• Identify and validate opportunities that help photographers increase income through hirify.global.
• Lead discovery with existing and potential customers, evaluating problems, willingness to pay, and business viability.
• Oversee innovative products and workflows, including payout infrastructure and new business lines.
• Use AI tools for research, specification writing, data analysis, decision-making, prototyping, and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, Trust & Safety, and Legal teams while influencing executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-time Product Management experience, including work in the creator economy.
• Strong systems thinking and 0-to-1 product experience that drove customer and business impact.
• Experience with monetization strategy, take-rate trade-offs, and business growth.
• Experience building payout infrastructure such as Stripe Connect, PayPal Payouts, or similar systems.
• Experience with infrastructure-heavy products, payment reliability requirements, KYC, and payout compliance.
• Strong product strategy, communication, prioritization, ownership, and cross-functional leadership skills; comfort with ambiguity and startup environments.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of photography or creative tooling industries.
• AI-native product practices and habitual use of AI tools in the workflow.
• Founder-like accountability.
