What you will do

• Lead the deployment of DFMEA and PFMEA across CTBU projects to identify and manage technical risks.
• Ensure robust application of quality methods and systematic follow-up on mitigation actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams to align stakeholders on quality governance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen quality capability within the organization.
• Define and implement a CTBU-wide roadmap to standardize and track quality method adoption.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Deep mastery of DFMEA, PFMEA, and System FMEA.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Lesson Learned processes.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually.
• Experience in coordinating international teams and understanding complex system interactions.

Nice to have

• Certifications in FMEA, 8D, or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of additional quality tools.
