What you will do

  • Lead the deployment of DFMEA and PFMEA across CTBU projects to identify and manage technical and operational risks.
  • Ensure consistent application of quality methods and follow up on resulting mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams to align stakeholders and quality governance.
  • Develop and deliver training on FMEA and quality methods.
  • Define and implement a CTBU-wide roadmap to expand, standardize, and track quality-method adoption.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical education in an engineering discipline.
  • Deep expertise in DFMEA, PFMEA, and System FMEA.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and lesson-learned processes.
  • Ability to understand interactions across systems, subsystems, and interfaces, and to select the appropriate quality tool for each problem.
  • Experience coordinating international teams and working with complex processes and multicultural stakeholders.
  • English is required; availability to travel approximately 20% annually.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in FMEA, 8D, or Six Sigma.
