Hardware Engineer (Energy Conversion)

What you will do

• Design and develop electronics hardware for energy conversion systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, component selection, and hardware architecture.
• Design and simulate low-signal analog and digital circuits and communication technologies.
• Validate and troubleshoot electronic designs in laboratory environments using test and measurement equipment.
• Perform functional, thermal, EMC, and reliability testing, including root cause analysis of hardware issues.
• Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, test reports, calculations, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and other departments throughout product development.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, PCB design, circuit simulation, component qualification, and laboratory validation.
• Ability to support product certification and compliance with IEC, UL, CE, and other applicable international standards.
• Proactivity, rigor, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Industrial Engineering degree with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
