Senior Product Manager (Proptech)

Location: Barcelona, Spain · Hybrid. Work up to 3 days from home; work from anywhere within Spain and up to 25% of working time abroad.

Salary: €75,000–€85,000 per year, plus a €5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear 1–2 year product roadmap using market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and define valuable product features.
• Lead a dedicated product area across one or more squads and facilitate alignment with clients, prospects, Revenue, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Support go-to-market activities by helping articulate the product value proposition, key messages, documentation, and internal training.
• Manage 1–2 Product Owners, set objectives, track KPIs, and support their long-term career development.
• Act as an internal and external product authority, making decisions in ambiguous situations and driving cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience, specifically in fintech SaaS or Proptech.
• At least 2 years of experience managing product professionals.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience implementing tools and processes to measure team performance through metrics such as cycle times and completion rates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish are required.
