Salary: $215,000–$280,000 per year in California, plus equity and bonus

What you will do
- Write and ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and thought-leadership content in the voice of the CEO, CPO, and other executives.
- Own the blog, content calendar, flagship long-form pieces, and category-education content end to end.
- Build a repeatable content production pipeline covering briefs, drafts, reviews, and approvals.
- Manage the company and executive LinkedIn cadence, define community strategy, and track share of voice.
- Manage press, analyst, and industry-influencer relationships in partnership with the PR agency.
- Prepare executive messaging and lead rapid-response triage for social and press issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology communications, social media, or content marketing.
- Strong personal writing portfolio and demonstrated executive ghostwriting experience.
- Experience building an always-on content program and an engaged online community from scratch.
- Prior press or analyst relations experience, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or deep tech.
- Ability to work with minimal existing infrastructure, manage multiple channels, and partner with executive leadership.
- Experience using engagement metrics and data to refine content and community strategy.
