Associate Buyer (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah, US

What you will do

• Analyze and update short-term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for assigned brands.
• Build and maintain 3-, 6-, and 9-month ordering plans with guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts for internal review and external sharing.
• Align ordering strategies and execution with brand management.
• Identify forecast deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in brand calls and lead portions of discussions as autonomy grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply or demand planning, buying, or analytics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Exposure to ERP systems and inventory workflows.
• Strong organizational skills for managing recurring forecasting cycles.
• Understanding of basic retail KPIs and developing interpersonal and communication skills.
