Master Scheduler - Poromerics

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and publish the integrated Master Production Schedule for the Poromerics business.
• Translate monthly balanced plans into executable weekly production and inventory plans.
• Balance customer demand, inventory policies, manufacturing constraints, labor, materials, and available capacity.
• Lead weekly cross-functional schedule reviews and reconcile assumptions related to maintenance, trials, qualifications, and downstream requirements.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning, identify demand-capacity imbalances, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Own the Poromerics master scheduling process in OMP, including solver outputs, planning exceptions, parameters, and business process execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain planning.
• Deep experience with SAP PP and MM in SAP ECC.
• Ability to identify demand-supply imbalances, quantify business impacts, and facilitate cross-functional decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Ability to collaborate periodically across multiple time zones in a global business.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced supply chain planning solutions such as o9, Kinaxis, or OMP.
• ASCM CPIM certification, to be obtained after joining.
• Experience in both discrete and process manufacturing.
• Experience managing high supply variability.
