What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales and operations plans, production schedules, and material purchasing plans for industrial medium-voltage products.
• Manage production priorities, order backlogs, supply commitments, and manufacturing progress to maintain customer service levels.
• Coordinate demand forecasting, capacity analysis, production loading, and deliveries with business, sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Analyze inventory performance, ABC classifications, slow-moving stock, DIO targets, and delivery metrics to identify root causes and improve working capital.
• Coordinate sales order releases, plant and part-number alignment, blanket-order programs, and supply timing for major capital projects.
• Support customer-facing commercial coordination, project kickoff calls, quotations, and third-party logistics delivery scheduling.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, distribution, materials planning, or scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems and materials planning; cable manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain management, logistics, operations, engineering, or business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work varying hours during critical situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Cable Solutions or a wire and cable industry ERP module.
• APICS or Six Sigma certification.
