TL;DR

Operations Lead (Web3): Developing market-fit strategies, economic designs, technical features, and launch campaigns for an open blockchain ecosystem with an accent on prototype delivery, user feedback, and ecosystem engagement. Focus on coordinating iterations, engaging community members and external developers, and building partnerships across the blockchain industry.

Location: Full-time onsite in Palo Alto, California, five days per week; off-hour emergency availability is required.

What you will do

Develop strategies based on market fit, economic design, and technical features.
Drive prototype iterations, launch campaigns, and delivery of related initiatives.
Collect and apply user feedback to improve products and launches.
Engage community members, external developers, and industry partners across the ecosystem.

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience, including one year in blockchain.
Exceptional communication and people skills.
Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto five days per week.
Availability for off-hour emergencies.
