Senior Application Engineer (Motor Control)

What you will do

• Expand the fan-driver product portfolio through market investigation, product promotion, and customer engagement.
• Visit customers to track new application requirements, understand system solutions, and gather feedback on MPS products.
• Provide product support during customer design and mass production, resolving application issues with design and application teams.
• Deliver technical training and product promotion for customers and sales teams to drive new design wins.
• Collect market trends and customer requests to improve product competitiveness.
• Co-develop and maintain fan-driver products.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in motor control or power electronics.
• More than 3 years of experience in BLDC motor-control applications.
• Strong experience testing motor products, especially single-phase and three-phase sensorless fan-driver products.
• Experience with customer visits and product support.
• Application hardware design experience, including schematics and PCB layout.
• Good English communication skills and effective teamwork; proactive problem-solving approach.
