What you will do

• Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity layers.
• Develop valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models for acquisition evaluation and due diligence.
• Drive the substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Diagnose metric movements and provide actionable recommendations to decision-makers.
• Leverage AI and spreadsheet automation to compress cycle times and harden data validation.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in integrated three-statement operating models and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Expertise in bottom-up short-term forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling.
• Proven experience in M&A valuation, purchase accounting, and combined-entity projections.
• Deep business acumen regarding revenue drivers, cost structures, and operating levers.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a strong interest in AI automation tools.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
