What you will do

• Operate robotic systems and follow test protocols to verify system performance.
• Test computer vision and perception systems across varied lighting, occlusions, and edge-case environments.
• Run manual and automated regression tests for new software releases.
• Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, logs, and environmental context.
• Analyze test results, performance metrics, success rates, and failure rates using scripting or visualization tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware–software interface issues and help identify root causes.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience as a test technician working with robotics software.
• Proficiency with Linux or Ubuntu command-line environments.
• Ability to read, modify, and write Python or Bash scripts for testing and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical intuition, and experience with root cause analysis and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of control loops, perception, computer vision, and regression testing.
