Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, Toronto / Greater Toronto Area, Canada

Salary: $159,390–$199,240 CAD per year, base salary only; equity and benefits are excluded.

What you will do

• Lead design for major product areas from strategy and concept through high-fidelity execution and developer handoff.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize customer interviews, user research, and usability testing.
• Translate research insights into product decisions and intuitive user experiences.
• Design AI-driven product surfaces that turn complex relationship data into clear, actionable, and trustworthy insights.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality experiences in an agile environment.
• Contribute to design critiques, product strategy, and a collaborative design community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience shipping impactful product experiences.
• Self-sufficient research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing AI-native or AI-augmented products.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a high level of craft.
• Comfort working at the intersection of design and code, including front-end development or AI-assisted prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and stakeholder feedback.
