Data Architect (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for new and existing applications.
• Implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models and end-to-end data flow architecture.
• Oversee database security, backup, recovery, maintenance, data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Evaluate database technologies, cloud solutions, and analytics platforms while establishing data management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in database design, administration, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database management systems.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience optimizing query performance and storage, with the ability to design end-to-end data solutions.
• Fluency in English is required; English is the company language. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers and/or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of machine learning processes.
