Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in the U.S.; offices in New York City, San Francisco, and San Jose

Salary: $179K–$210K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the full design lifecycle from research and ideation through interaction flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, trustworthy interfaces for AI-driven, data-heavy enterprise workflows spanning multiple business systems.
• Create governance, audit, and observability experiences that show what agents are doing and why.
• Enable people to review, intervene in, and override autonomous agent actions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with IT leaders, ERP administrators, and business analysts.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and company leadership while building and maintaining the design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience building enterprise products, developer tools, or similar software.
• A strong portfolio of complex, shipped products, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tooling, or developer tools.
• Strength across interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research.
• Systems-level thinking with the ability to design coherent end-to-end experiences across products and workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and end-to-end ownership skills.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-native, agentic, or data-intensive products.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM, or other systems of record.
• Experience prototyping AI-assisted tools using Cursor or similar products.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
