Lead HR Generalist (Fintech)

Location: Required to work Monday through Friday in the Blue Ash, Ohio or Birmingham, Alabama office. The position is structured hybrid in the general posting, but the detailed role requirement specifies full-time office work.

Salary: $97,100–$145,500 per year.

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on employee relations, HR policies, performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and separations.
• Support the onsite call center as the primary HR contact and partner with leadership on engagement, performance, and workplace issues.
• Lead recruiting, interviews, candidate evaluation, onboarding, orientations, and training programs.
• Manage and advise on leave cases, including FMLA, ADA, state leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work planning.
• Analyze HR data, prepare management reports, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements.
• Develop HR programs and improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness, using generative AI tools where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including significant exposure to call center environments and employee relations.
• Experience with HR compliance, investigations, employment law, OSHA, recruiting, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Suite, and HR analytics.
• Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must meet the specified office location requirement.
