Senior Member of Technical Staff: Fullstack Web Development (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build customer-facing and operational web applications, including fleet monitoring dashboards, telemetry views, and robot control and configuration interfaces.
• Create responsive, performant, accessible interfaces for live operational data.
• Design and maintain backend APIs and cloud services, owning features from data models through deployment.
• Transform robot telemetry, health, events, and analytics into clear, actionable views.
• Collaborate with fleet, robot software, and product stakeholders to translate customer and operator needs into software.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Production experience building and shipping fullstack web applications with a strong front-end focus.
• Deep proficiency with a modern JavaScript or TypeScript framework and performant, accessible, responsive UI fundamentals.
• Experience designing and building web APIs and supporting services.
• Experience deploying and operating web applications on a major cloud provider.
• Experience presenting live, data-dense, or real-time information clearly in user interfaces.
• Ability to take features from ambiguous requirements through design, implementation, and deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in robotics, IoT, fleet management, or systems that surface real-world device data.
• Experience with browser-based real-time data, including WebSockets, streaming, or live dashboards.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, multi-tenant systems, or customer-facing security.
• Exposure to data pipelines, warehouses, query layers, or telemetry stores.
