Business Development Representative (Fintech)

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus quarterly bonuses

What you will do

• Proactively prospect and engage potential customers through established outreach strategies.
• Identify prospects’ needs, challenges, and business goals.
• Qualify sales-ready opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
• Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused approach to understanding pain points and matching them with appropriate solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes, tools, and product offerings.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
