What you will do

  • Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to SOPs.
  • Execute method validation, assays, and measurement system analysis studies.
  • Compile, review, and document analytical data, reporting OOS results, abnormalities, and process deviations.
  • Certify materials, maintain stock control, and authorize the release of conforming products.
  • Author, revise, and maintain SOPs in line with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or contribute to analytical projects, technical investigations, customer support, and cross-functional initiatives with Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Practical experience in a quality control or analytical testing laboratory.
  • Strong proficiency with HPLC and GPC equipment, method application, and analytical data analysis.
  • Knowledge of general analytical testing and wet chemistry.
  • Ability to work independently, support laboratory training, and collaborate across functions.
  • Full-time, day-shift position based at the Church Stretton manufacturing site.

Nice to have

  • GC-MS or LC-MS experience.
  • Experience with FTIR, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, or automated titration.
