Project Leader, Quality Control Bioconjugates (Biotech)

Location: Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare and support production campaigns.
• Process GMP change requests and deviations.
• Support customer audits and inspections by authorities.
• Calculate and monitor quality control costs within projects.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule tasks independently while representing QC in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent experience in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological GMP environment and quality control is advantageous.
• Clear, direct communication and strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with common software applications, including MS Office.
• Proficient English and basic German at B1 level are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise, or other pharmaceutical and laboratory software.
• Motivation to improve German rapidly.
