Field CTO (APJ)

What you will do

• Lead strategic implementation planning and product adoption from onboarding through enterprise rollout, optimization, and long-term use.
• Advise customers on data governance, security, privacy, compliance, access control, AI readiness, and modern data architecture.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities tied to measurable customer outcomes.
• Bring customer feedback, implementation patterns, and market insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Create technical content, demos, solution briefs, enablement materials, and thought-leadership content for customer and partner engagements.
• Support pre-sales discovery, architecture discussions, solution documentation, proof-of-concept planning, and joint solutions with technology partners.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, data governance consulting, technical advisory, solutions architecture, data engineering, technical customer success, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data platform environments.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, access control, and enterprise data operations.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, or similar data platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts as clear business value and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Strong communication and executive presence when working with Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, business leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.
