Senior Director, Strategic Marketing (AI)

What you will do

• Shape hirify.global’s positioning, messaging, category strategy, and market perception in the AI software landscape.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into product messaging, solution narratives, executive presentations, and customer-facing collateral.
• Manage relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other industry analysts, including briefings and research participation.
• Support strategic enterprise sales opportunities with account-specific messaging, competitive positioning, objection-handling materials, and sales enablement assets.
• Create executive content, keynote presentations, white papers, and technical thought leadership for media and speaking opportunities.
• Develop messaging and enablement content for technology and channel partners and support joint go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software marketing, product marketing, strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Experience working with software developers, architects, or engineering organizations.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience briefing industry analysts and engaging with enterprise customers.
• Ability to influence across multiple organizations without direct authority and operate as both a strategist and hands-on contributor.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered software development, application modernization, developer platforms, enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, cloud platforms, low-code platforms, or software architecture and engineering tools.
• Experience at an enterprise technology company such as GitHub, GitLab, HashiCorp, OutSystems, Databricks, Atlassian, LaunchDarkly, MongoDB, Confluent, Microsoft, or Red Hat.
