Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

hirify.global provides an AI-powered platform that helps companies measure, manage, and scale real-time hirify.global performance across customer feedback channels.

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the hirify.global Management platform.
• Optimize product launches, especially high-velocity releases with large volumes of product updates.
• Create practical product collateral, including pitch decks, guides, leave-behinds, release notes, FAQs, thought leadership content, and RFP responses.
• Enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate platform features, value, and differentiation.
• Conduct market and competitive research and communicate insights to internal teams and customers.
• Partner with Product Management to connect product innovation with customer value and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related product or solutions marketing experience.
• Ability to turn evolving product features and customer stories into compelling, differentiated messaging.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills; examples of past work are required.
• Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales teams.
• BA degree required; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
