Senior Deployment Engineer

hirify.global is a fully remote, well-funded early-stage startup building AI-powered enterprise search across applications, services, platforms, and multi-cloud infrastructure.

What you will do

• Lead client-specific deployments and onboarding in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Own the deployment lifecycle, including environment setup, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, integration, and monitoring.
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable deployment processes.
• Integrate the platform with document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories, and other enterprise systems.
• Build automation scripts and tooling, and collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues with clients’ internal engineering teams and maintain deployment documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong containerization experience, especially Kubernetes, plus CI/CD, Terraform, and Helm.
• Knowledge of secure networking, identity management such as SAML and OIDC, and API integrations.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce, and observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Programming experience in Go, Python, or a similar language, along with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Golang.
• Experience deploying on-premises enterprise solutions.
• Background in search, data pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems.
