Salary: $107,000–$157,300 base salary annually for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Architect and operate scalable, highly available hosting solutions for SaaS applications, APIs, ERP integrations, and internal services.
• Design and evolve secure Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS technologies.
• Automate build, deployment, infrastructure, and operational workflows with modern DevOps tooling.
• Define and improve SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, observability, and platform reliability.
• Lead security, compliance, incident response, on-call activities, and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate with development and testing teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles supporting cloud-based applications.
• Advanced Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance, monitoring, reliability, and security experience.
• Expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, ELB, S3, IAM, VPC, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Experience with observability tools, relational databases, SQL, and SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.

• Experience integrating AI tools or agents into DevOps or SRE practices.

• Experience leading reliability, operational excellence, and service maturity initiatives.
