DevOps Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is an AI company developing NEXUS, a large tabular model for enterprise decision-making.

What you will do

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for GPU-based machine learning workloads and production SaaS hosting.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters with multi-cluster management, resource scheduling, autoscaling, networking, and security.
• Implement GitOps deployments with ArgoCD, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring and observability solutions for distributed systems.
• Automate infrastructure management with Python and Bash while collaborating with ML engineers on model training and serving.
• Monitor and optimize cloud spending, especially for GPU-intensive workloads, using FinOps practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong experience with AWS and GCP.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including GPU workload optimization, autoscaling, network policies, and security.
• Extensive experience with cloud networking, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML workflow tooling such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Experience with FastAPI and backend applications.
• Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Exposure to SRE practices or cloud security certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
