Focus on designing reliable AI workloads, automating developer workflows, and balancing availability, performance, and cloud cost at scale.

is building an enterprise AI visibility platform that helps brands manage and optimize their presence across AI-driven search, commerce, and advertising.
What you will do
- Build and scale production Kubernetes infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Own CI/CD standards and delivery pipelines across engineering teams.
- Improve platform reliability, observability, and incident response at scale.
- Implement secure and scalable infrastructure-as-code foundations with Terraform and/or Crossplane.
- Build internal tooling and self-service workflows to improve developer experience.
- Drive cloud architecture decisions across availability, performance, and cost.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong cloud experience, preferably with GCP, and Kubernetes expertise at scale.
- Production experience with HPA, Helm, ArgoCD, Keda, and secrets management.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform and/or Crossplane.
- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash, with an automation-first mindset.
Nice to have
- GPU or ML infrastructure experience and experience scaling compute for AI workloads.
- OpenTelemetry and observability experience at scale, including distributed tracing, metrics, and monitoring.
- Experience with Datadog and FinOps practices such as cost visibility, rightsizing, and commitment management.
