What you will do
- Lead onboarding and implementation across customer departments, aligning timelines, scope, and expectations.
- Run discovery calls to map use cases, edge cases, and integration needs.
- Create product-scoping documents and delivery blueprints for agentic AI workflows.
- Engage executive stakeholders and communicate how agentic AI can deliver measurable ROI and transform operations.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product to ensure customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, product management, consulting, or enterprise onboarding.
- Experience with AI products in the banking or credit union industry.
- Domain experience in an American bank or credit union.
- Expertise in workflow mapping, use-case identification, and translating customer needs into product specifications.
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging senior executives and financial-institution leaders.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and initiative in helping customers succeed.
