Part-Time Remote Pediatric Therapist (PA License: LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Remote within Pennsylvania; availability is required after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000 USD annually for part-time employment, including a $45,000 base salary and additional earning potential.

What you will do

• Provide individual, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and other specialty providers.
• Participate in clinical consultation and incorporate feedback into practice.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and involve family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Hold an independent LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Strong technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to work after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
