Location: London, UK — on-site at Shoreditch Exchange

Total compensation: £240k+ per year, with a choice of cash and equity split

What you will do

• Build and improve Jack, an AI career co-pilot for candidates.
• Build and improve Jill, an AI talent partner for companies.
• Develop infrastructure connecting AI agents across the labor market.
• Work across product, customer needs, and technology to deliver measurable impact.
• Move quickly in a small, founder-heavy engineering environment and take ownership of complex problems.
