What you will do

• Manage all patient intakes and provide front-end client-facing interactions.
• Deliver stellar service and communication to pet parents, resolving issues promptly.
• Support veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and practice managers in daily operations.
• Utilize Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) to maintain accurate records.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and assist with inventory communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment (veterinary experience preferred).
• Strong ability to connect with clients using empathy and compassion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 80% of the shift and lift up to 50-70 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
