Sr Engineer Integration & Yield

What you will do

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration, manufacturing, defect, and yield issues.
• Support CMOS development and transformation projects through process optimization, custom process development, and customer-focused derivatives.
• Characterize modules and develop design rules, test structures, and process partitioning studies.
• Build defect source libraries and tool defect-source fingerprinting capabilities to accelerate defect analysis.
• Lead data analysis, project management, continuous improvement plans, and cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Document processes, assess failure modes, and implement mitigation and detection measures while supporting environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with process integration, yield improvement, defect analysis, or semiconductor manufacturing is required for the role.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
