Senior Data Analyst (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Access, construct, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and similar tools.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions for finance, sales, inventory, product, and other organisational metrics.
• Define KPIs, standardise data governance, validate reference data, and manage data quality, reconciliation, and exceptions.
• Conduct full-lifecycle analysis, develop predictive and optimisation models, and design and interpret experiments.
• Analyse and implement interfaces, workflows, reference data solutions, and regression testing ahead of system upgrades.
• Prepare management documentation and presentations, maintain analytics documentation, and deliver data analytics and reporting training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of analytics experience, including close collaboration with product and commercial teams in an internet or e-commerce company.
• Experience building, implementing, or maintaining predictive models on very large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis; experience with Python, R, SPSS, SAS, or similar tools is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills with close attention to data accuracy.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
