Senior Data Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE; remote work environment with collaboration across different time zones.

What you will do

• Analyze VIP user behavior across qualification, tier changes, engagement, trading activity, retention, and churn.
• Build dashboards and automated reports for VIP program performance, Earn metrics, and user health indicators.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of Earn subscriptions, redemptions, yields, asset allocation, and retention.
• Identify high-value segments, model LTV, and recommend improvements to VIP tiers, benefits, and retention strategies.
• Monitor data quality, resolve metric discrepancies, and develop data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn datasets.
• Support product, marketing, and finance teams with ad hoc analysis, A/B test evaluation, metric definitions, and campaign impact assessments.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Background in financial products, wealth management, membership or loyalty programs, or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI and visualization tools.
• Experience with user lifecycle analysis, including activation, retention, churn, and LTV modeling; ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto financial products such as staking, flexible or fixed Earn, DeFi yield mechanisms, or structured products.
• Experience analyzing VIP, private banking, loyalty, or other tiered high-value user programs.
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning techniques.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange or digital asset platform.
