Building an AI-native Identity Operating System for enterprise identity and access management, combining application connectors, a live identity graph, and AI agents for identity lifecycle governance.
What you will do
- Drive backend components from research and system design through deployment, observability, and long-term maintenance.
- Make pragmatic technology and architecture decisions for efficient, resilient, and scalable systems.
- Architect and facilitate agentic workflows that integrate AI capabilities into the core platform.
- Collaborate autonomously with the broader engineering team and raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience using high-level programming languages such as Go or Python.
- Experience solving complex technical problems and delivering foundational backend systems.
- Extensive experience with microservices, databases, and asynchronous systems.
- Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and ensure system stability.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
