Senior Backend Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and own backend services and microservices using Python and Go.
• Design schemas, run migrations, and develop the analytics layer on ClickHouse.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, and service security.
• Drive delivery across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams through design reviews, code reviews, and rapid iteration.

Requirements

• Production experience building backend services at scale with common backend languages.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with microservices; practical Postgres experience with schema design, migrations, and performance is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
• Ownership, accountability, open collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on meaningful impact.
