Senior Backend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and own backend infrastructure handling several billion data points daily.
• Design scalable services with high reliability, automation, and observability.
• Enable daily monitoring at scale with strong service-level agreements.
• Build parallel execution systems to reduce processing and reporting times.
• Deliver real-time monitoring and alerting for system and data health.
• Own delivery end-to-end, from architecture and production deployment to performance optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production systems at scale.
• 7+ years of experience writing clean, maintainable Python backend code.
• Experience building infrastructure from scratch and owning it end-to-end.
• Experience shipping backend products independently from design through production.
• Experience with high-throughput data collection and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication, execution, leadership, curiosity, and an automation-first mindset.
