Salary: $215,000–$265,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow a product design team and build a high-performing, collaborative, user-centered design culture.
• Define the design vision and operating model across product experiences and align design across teams and product areas.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate design into product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery decisions.
• Establish and evolve design systems, patterns, standards, and processes that improve quality, speed, consistency, and scalability.
• Guide critical product initiatives and complex user experience challenges for professional users with demanding workflows.
• Use modern design, prototyping, AI-assisted, and spec-driven approaches to accelerate iteration and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex digital products, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex workflows or enterprise products.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability best practices, and design systems.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence skills, with experience working with Product, Engineering, and Research.

• Experience with AI-assisted design, rapid prototyping, or spec-driven workflows.
