Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annual base salary, depending on experience

Its Navigator platform combines high-throughput synthetic biology, generative chemistry, and AI/ML to discover therapeutics against complex cellular mechanisms.

What you will do

• Build, improve, and execute high-throughput screening workflows using laboratory automation and data quality control processes.
• Operate automated liquid-handling equipment and integrated multi-instrument systems for high-volume workflows.
• Analyze and interpret HTS data, identify assay artifacts, and troubleshoot complex processes.
• Develop and optimize screening strategies with cross-functional teams to support drug discovery decisions.
• Produce reliable, high-quality data connecting chemical matter to biological activity.

Requirements

• BS/BA in biology, biochemistry, genetics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in high-throughput screening, assay development, laboratory automation, and plate-based cellular or biochemical assays.
• Experience with 384-well and 1536-well assay formats.
• Experience operating, developing methods for, or troubleshooting automated laboratory instruments such as BioTek Multiflo, Agilent Bravo, or Beckman Echo.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, experimental ownership, and effective communication in a collaborative environment.
• Experience analyzing data in R or Python is preferred.
