Clinical Research Lead (AI)

Location: New York HQ; on-site

Salary: $115K–$255K base pay, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead expansion into a new cancer type or disease area, from early scientific groundwork through the foundation for product launch.
• Work directly with the CEO to define and execute the clinical research strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with clinical leaders, advisors, and research collaborators.
• Work with data and partnerships teams to secure and shape resources for AI models.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to develop initial models for a new clinical indication.

Requirements

• Demonstrated relentless drive, initiative, ownership, and ability to manage projects independently.
• Scientific fluency in clinical studies and translational science, with the ability to learn drug and trial details in depth.
• Ability to communicate compellingly with physicians and researchers about the value of clinical AI.
• Ability to reason from first principles and make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Comfort with modern AI tools and the contemporary AI technology stack.
• PhD or MS with a research and publication track record is expected for top candidates.
