Focus on monitoring the 24-hour Apply-to-Contact SLA, solving candidate drop-off through root-cause analysis, and calibrating hiring targets with Site Operations.

What you will do
- Lead daily high-volume recruitment operations across Taiwan.
- Monitor applicant intake and maintain the 24-hour Apply-to-Contact SLA.
- Lead, train, coach, and performance-manage Recruiting Coordinators.
- Analyze recruitment funnels, conversion rates, and candidate drop-off to improve processes.
- Manage 7-day recruitment coverage and scheduling confirmation for 500+ helpers across Taiwan sites.
- Partner with Site Operations leaders to calibrate hiring targets and coordinator resources.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume, hourly, logistics, retail, or service-industry hiring.
- Experience analyzing recruitment funnels, conversion drop-offs, and operational bottlenecks.
- Experience managing 7-day schedules, shift coverage, and time-sensitive SLAs.
- Experience optimizing recruitment workflows and improving candidate conversion rates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with Site Operations and business leaders.
