Technical Writer (AI): Authoring and maintaining product documentation, user and developer guides, tutorials, and API specifications for AI-powered digital wargaming and Command & Control systems with an accent on clear, user-centric technical communication. Focus on learning complex software functionality, documenting services and SDKs, and collaborating with engineers and product specialists in an agile environment.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with the option to work from home or from the Shoreditch office

What you will do
- Author and maintain product documentation for internal, customer, and user audiences.
- Write onboarding guides and tutorials for users and developers.
- Write API specifications for services and SDKs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Specialists, Engineers, and Field Engineers.
- Collect and centralise product information across the organisation.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience writing technical documentation and detail-oriented, user-centric content.
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OpenAPI or Swagger.
- Experience with agile processes and Atlassian technologies such as Jira.
