Content Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build the content framework, calendar, messaging themes, and performance metrics around pipeline goals, product launches, industry events, and regulatory developments.
• Write and commission white papers, research reports, guides, blog posts, case studies, web copy, and other long-form content on AML, sanctions, and fraud prevention.
• Drive organic growth and demand generation through SEO content, gated assets, video, social graphics, email nurture sequences, and ABM campaigns.
• Develop thought leadership and executive communications on emerging regulatory and technology developments, working with PR agencies on press releases and media commentary.
• Manage freelance writers, videographers, and agencies while maintaining editorial quality and brand voice.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, designers, marketing colleagues, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology content within financial services.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong prioritization, project management, and deadline delivery skills.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a content team.
• Experience leading freelancers and agencies and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Proven use of AI tools to improve content production, quality, and effectiveness.
