Location: LATAM; fully remote

What you will do
- Define long-term product vision aligned with the company mission and goals.
- Conduct structured customer and market research to identify user pain points and opportunities.
- Translate product vision into a high-leverage roadmap and backlog balancing growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, commercial, growth, and marketing teams to build and launch features.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI-powered automation, personalization, and user insights into financial products.
- Use AI tools for research, specification writing, competitive analysis, and data synthesis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven success building and launching consumer-facing products.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong product intuition supported by analytical rigor.
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure.
- Active practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, or equivalents.
