Coordinator Content Operations

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, onsite. Full-time position with a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; split days off may be required. Occasional travel to New York or Burbank, California, under 5%.

Salary: $45,000–$65,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate the receipt, validation, organization, ingestion, and deployment of digital assets from internal teams, studios, vendors, and clients.
• Catalog, archive, classify, and manage the lifecycle of digital media assets.
• Program and schedule content across the Exosphere, digital signage network, IPTV platform, and venue display systems.
• Perform quality control checks for content integrity, technical compliance, and playback readiness.
• Inspect digital signage and display systems, assist with troubleshooting playback hardware, and escalate operational issues.
• Maintain operational logs and documentation while collaborating across departments to support events and venue operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in media production, digital media, information technology, broadcast operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience is accepted.
• Experience with digital asset management, media asset workflows, or large-scale content operations.
• Familiarity with media formats, codecs, file delivery standards, and quality control processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and independent work skills.
• Ability to work at heights of 200–300 feet or more on interior and exterior catwalks and building maintenance units.
• Ability to perform extensive standing, walking, keyboard use, and general administrative duties.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital signage, IPTV, media servers, broadcast, or live event production environments.
