What you will do
- Lead the complete product lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies.
- Drive portfolio performance by adapting product offerings to specific local market needs to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate inventory to optimize financial and operational efficiency.
- Achieve business targets by meeting sales goals and managing margins, discounts, and sponsorship activities.
- Handle product complaints according to company SOPs and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Strengthen customer engagement through relationship management, feedback handling, and CRM utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience within the medical device industry, specifically with MNCs.
- Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- English: Strong command required.
- Experience with consumables or capital business (competitor experience is highly advantageous).
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in leadership or people-management roles.
