What you will do

• Lead the complete product lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies.
• Drive portfolio performance by adapting product offerings to specific local market needs to ensure sustainable growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate inventory to optimize financial and operational efficiency.
• Achieve business targets by meeting sales goals and managing margins, discounts, and sponsorship activities.
• Handle product complaints according to company SOPs and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Strengthen customer engagement through relationship management, feedback handling, and CRM utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience within the medical device industry, specifically with MNCs.
• Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• English: Strong command required.
• Experience with consumables or capital business (competitor experience is highly advantageous).
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in leadership or people-management roles.
