Location: Hybrid work in Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do
- Lead the full product lifecycle for the Automated Infusion Systems and Infusion Pumps portfolio, from planning and implementation through evaluation and optimization.
- Adapt product offerings and marketing strategies to local healthcare market needs.
- Coordinate inventory, manage marketing budgets, and support financial and business targets, including sales, margins, discounts, expenses, and sponsorships.
- Manage product complaints according to company SOPs and coordinate follow-through with internal teams.
- Strengthen customer engagement through relationship management, feedback handling, training coordination, CRM, and company tools.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence across product-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, preferably with strong multinational company exposure.
- Experience with consumables or capital business is advantageous.
- 1–2 years of leadership or people-management experience is preferred.
- Strong command of English required.
- Strong analytical thinking and understanding of healthcare business processes.
