End to End Associate Solutions Architect (CRM/ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Eagan, Minnesota, United States. Work from anywhere is available for up to 8 weeks per year as part of the benefits program.

Salary: $118,400–$219,800 USD base compensation annually for eligible US locations. The role may also include an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end architecture for onboarding commercial services through digital channels and enterprise platforms.
• Define and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with the wider technology strategy.
• Develop architectural designs for enterprise transformation programmes and support adoption by delivery teams.
• Act as a point of contact for business teams, product owners, and project managers on roadmap and process issues.
• Participate in Design Authority and Solution Review Board governance.
• Produce business process, data model, system, sequence, and process flow diagrams used during delivery.

Requirements

• Broad solutions architecture experience across multiple business contexts.
• Experience with market-leading CRM and self-service platforms.
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, middleware, and web content management systems.
• Experience working with agile teams and methodologies across globally distributed teams.
• Experience with Blue Chip clients, large corporations, or leading IT consultancies.
